End of November Writing.

Welcome back to another blog! I haven't written in awhile, and I felt it was time to make a new one. 


1) Goals for next month? 1)To carry on with my fitness journey and continue building up my strength in the gym. 2)To go on a three week detox both physically and mentally. 3)To participate in sports every Friday. 4)To spend more time with my loved ones. 5) To develop a better sleeping routine.  

2) A reason to celebrate? Xmas is coming and I have been working hard both at work and on my personal goals - I'm going to celebrate by going away with my family for Xmas and to have a lot of fun with friends in England. 

3) Where are you now? I am in a good place mentally, I'm feeling very strong in myself both physically and mentally. I just want a break from work as i'm feeling abit burnt out.

4)What are you good at doing? I am a really good teacher. I know how to be considerate but strict with maximum results in my students progression.

5)The people who make your life better? Well a no-brainer my mum and dad.

6) Top 5 movies? Interstellar, 2012, Wild child, Officer and a Gentlemen & Brooklyn.

7) A silly thing you like? I know this sounds random, but I like the smell of bleech. 

8) Is your life where you imagined? To a degree yes it is, I have spent the last few years working on myself and getting out of my comfort zone. But I miss working face-to-face and I want a new challenge. 

9)The best kind of laugher? The laughter that makes you come out with random noises, no care given nor judgment. 

10)What are you thankful for? I am thankful, that I live a comfortable life. I have a roof over my head, food in my stomach, free movement, freedom of speech. I think us in western countries take these things for granted.

11)Your favourite thing about yourself? 1)Physically- I like my nose, Personality- I think i'm straight to the point and honest.

12) A book from your childhood? Twilight.

13) What do you do when your lost? I mentally assess what is going wrong, why its going wrong and how to fix it. Gaining weight= loose weight, Hating your job=Leave and look for a new one, Wanting new friends=Go out more etc... There is always a way, even if you feel your getting lost on the track. Assess, Accept,Change. 

14)Something that truly doesnt matter? Validating yourself for others - Materalism. Nobody who has a real life mindset cares what designer bag you own, what car you drive, what trainers you wear. If you buy all these things, then you must own a house right? Wrong in most cases, focus on real life goals and then come back and buy those things if it is affordable. I honestly couldnt care less. 

15)One thing you cant stop talking about? GOT & HOT D - I am such a geek over these shows.
