The book is based on the title above. I am currently in process of reading this book and I find it to be really interesting. Once finishing the book, I will be making a review of the book; giving my honest opinion.

Learning about the psychology of someone can be very interesting. When learning new vocabulary words it can be difficult to truly understand the definition of the word. Since starting this book, I have learned some new vocabulary words that I want to share.

This book is touching me because I think I am SPIRITUAL. I always have people depending on me; whether it is my family, my friends, my relationships, my students.

Sometimes it can be draining taking in all of the auras and energy that others possess into your circle (BUBBLE). Emotions can be extremely difficult to process when we go about with our every-day lives.

On occasion or regularly, we need to ensure that YOUR well-being and health is not suffering upon reflection of other people.

WHAT DO YOU LIKE DOING?

For me, there is nothing more satisfying than relaxing in the comfort of my family house, away from external stress. I love reading books, educating myself on new things, doing beauty treatments, and using exercise as a relief mechanism.

Here I am giving you some definitions and key terms that you should consider and be aware of if you feel your aura is being affected by external people or from daily patterns and routines.

PSYCHIC PROTECT;

To be creating a safe space around yourself, ignoring unwanted thoughts and feelings from others by preventing energy loss to other people and places.

PSYCHIC

The unseen realm tuned in by the ''sixth sense'' which picks up thoughts, feelings, and atmosphere around you. This can be rational or irrational consciousness or unconscious.

THOUGHT FORMS

Entity or objects that exist on the lower astral plane which are brought in by the power of thought or belief.

PSYCHIC VAMPIRE

People who draw bad energy by leeching energy from others - can occur mentally, emotionally or on a psychic level.

PSYCHIC HOOVER

A person who absorbs others energy which can create devastating effects on the person through emotions energy or feelings

GEOPATHIC STRESS

Electro-magnetic radiation in a location. Can affect one's immune system.

AURA

Multi-layered energy field that surrounds your body.

PSYCHIC ATTACHMENT

A person who can influence another through auric attachment.

PSYCHIC ATTACK

Intentional on harnessing the psychic of others.

PSYCHIC PENETRATION

Energy, thoughts and feelings passing through to others.

VISUALIZATION

Using mind pictures to bring things into being. A way to make positive change.

CHAKRA

Energy centre that links the two bodies into one.

DUSTBIN DIMENSION

An area of space that swallows up negative energy.

ASTRAL TRAVEL

The ability to let the consciousness leave the physical body and journey into other realms.
